You've seen my art by now, Google says the first page you visited was my packages, and then the couples boudoir info page- oh la la! My kind of people! The most important things you need to know about working with me, can be learnt from the organic words in the reviews from my wonderful clients.
One of my proudest accomplishments is holding the award of Kelowna's Best Photographer by KelownaNow for 5 years! Another is this website, because it is truly a work of my heart. I created it along with my business, in 2007, and it has been growing ever since to try and make everything as easy as possible for you, from enquiry to lifetime client.
The reason I am so passionate about photography stems from immense loss early in my life. By the time I was 20, I had lost a lot of people very close to me. I spent too many days staring into the eyes of their photos, trying not to forget their details.
This is why I start every photo shoot with portraits where everyone is looking at the camera...
After all of this loss, I worked 5 years in end of life care, which only further drove home the importance of photographs.
Since making photography my full time career in 2014, I have found a new fiery passion in wildly empowering other women. I have found new purpose in helping people see the magical way the world sees them. After hearing the impact that my work had on my clients, I started a project called Photography Therapy, with the goal to positively impact lives with photography.

Amber Woods
Selina's Right Hand Goddess.
When you're in contact with Selina Photography, you'll most likely hear back from Amber first. She joined the Selina Photography team as my virtual assistant in 2021 and because of Amber's help, I am able to maintain my fast image turn around time and my clients never have to wait long for a response.
Before Amber was my assistant, she was one of my best clients. Since we met in 2016, she has had more shoots with me than any other client! This was part of my choice in having her as my V.A. because I knew if anyone understood the process and how I work, it's Amber so she can answer any of your questions.
She's absolutely slaying being a single mom of two busy sports crazed boys, while also killing her own goals in post secondary and a newfound career that she is flourishing in. She's an amazing woman and you're in the best hands when she's taking care of your photoshoot needs.
